Artist's Statement:
My work seeks to study the intersection between conventionality, rationalism, and the extraordinary.
By working in nature, I explore the biologic, dreamlike and often magical properties of various micro habitats and the greater macrocosm. With each piece, I hope to reveal the uncommon beauty of a particular environment. I invite the viewer to discover something completely unexpected and wonderful, to unveil the treasures of hidden or overlooked spaces.
