Jarred Mercer (he/him) is a poet living in Massachusetts. He holds a doctorate from the University of Oxford, UK, and a masters from the University of St. Andrews, UK, and has published extensively in his academic field of religious studies. Jarred is an episcopal priest and the president of The Resettlement Partnership, a non-profit organization creating a new system of affordable housing for refugees. Having grown up in Florida, Jarred lived most of his adult life in Europe before finding a new home on the North Shore of Boston.
